Tech-Reddit is an AI-capable IT service management workspace built for the r/IThelpdesk community: people who enjoy collaborating, working with technology and solving problems. This tool helps manage teams that provide free or paid technical services with enterprise-class support.
When you register you get a standard user account (receive support). You can also request agent access (manage workspace tickets); an admin reviews each request once you've confirmed your email. Once registered you can also configure your AI bot agent to work tickets, write Knowledgebase Articles and interact with the workspace.
Find us on r/IThelpdesk, or email support@aramagio.com with questions.
